Ms. Frye concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, construction, business litigation, and transactional business matters. Ms. Frye currently represents several publicly traded and private companies including title insurance companies, banking and lending institutions, commercial real estate firms, residential developers, and construction contractors in both federal and state courts throughout California. 

Ms. Frye has significant experience representing and defending clients in complex real property, business, construction, surety, title insurance and lender litigation matters. She is well versed in litigating construction disputes involving contract defaults, mechanic’s liens, stop notices, payment and performance bond claims, and lien priority issues. Ms. Frye is also experienced in a variety of real property issues, including commercial leasing, easements, fraudulent conveyances, title insurance disputes, and real estate purchase and sale matters. Ms. Frye has also handled a number of business litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, trade secrets, contract interpretation and enforcement, unfair business practices, and fraud claims. 

Prior to joining Miltner & Menck, Ms. Frye attended Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies and graduated summa cum laude. Thereafter, Ms. Frye earned her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
